Paola is a professor of stem cell and regenerative biology at Harvard University, and chair of the HSCRB department. She is a principal faculty member at the Harvard Stem Cell Institute, and a member of the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Paola is interested in understanding the molecular logic that governs the birth, differentiation, and assembly of the brain in the embryo and within complex human brain organoid models.
