Khalid Shakir, MS

Khalid is a software engineer who uses his expertise to scale scientific analyses. During his time at the Broad Institute he contributed to projects including the 1000 Genomes Project and the Cromwell Workflow Engine. As part of furthering his studies he completed a masters concentrating in bioinformatics at the Harvard Extension School.
