Kiku Ichihara, MBA

Kiku is the Managing Director of the Center for Human Brain Variation and the Director of Research Strategy & Operations in the McCarroll Lab. She works closely with the Center Directors on overall management and strategy, ensuring that all research segments are closely integrated with the administrative team. She is interested in bridging the gap between researchers, clinicians, and those with mental health challenges to provide more comprehensive, effective care.
