Stan Bratchikov

Stan is a computational associate at the Center for Human Brain Variation. Prior to joining the team Stan was working on designing computational pipelines at the Broad Institute with the focus on multimodal omics data handling (RNA-seq, Proteomics, Metabolomics). Prior to that he was working on analysing patient omics data derived from lungs of patients diagnosed with various pulmonary diseases as part of NIAID-sponsored project at the Fienberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University, Chicago.
