Stephen Fleming, PhD, MPhil

Stephen is a Machine Learning Scientist II in the Methods Group of the Data Sciences Platform at the Broad Institute. He works on developing analytical methods and machine learning models for single cell data. His primary interest is in using probabilistic modeling to draw interpretable conclusions from biological datasets.
